Support for Creative Teams
Mindfulness workshops are interactive experiences where the facilitator guides participants through a series of evidence-based mindfulness practices that focus on a particular theme.
These workshops are built to provide participants with the tools and resources to build resilience, focus, and feeling more in control of their life and their emotional well-being.
Well-being at Work
Most of the hours of our day are spent working and engaging with colleagues, managers, clients. High pressure or stressful work, the relationships we build with co-workers, how we communicate with each other, and the problems or conflicts we may face daily at work or at home are all factors that impact our daily life and our well-being.
Well-being at Work explores mindfulness practices and guided meditations that help to cultivate present moment awareness, develop mindful communication and provide tools to deal with difficult moments and emotions. Participants will leave the session with a sense of renewed energy, and with practical resources and tools to better manage their well-being at work.
Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety
Stress and anxiety created by our busy lifestyles and a world overloaded with stimuli and information can have a lasting impact on our bodies. This can affect our mental and physical health, and also contribute to the development of certain illnesses and conditions. A growing number of studies show that mindfulness practices and present moment awareness can have a positive impact on stress and anxiety and improve our response to it.
This workshop focuses on understanding the impact that stress and anxiety can have on the mind and the body, and how mindfulness practices can help us deal with it. During the workshop, we will touch on evidence-based practices that contribute to the reduction of these symptoms, help regulate the nervous system, and we will learn different ways of coping.
Mindfulness for Resilience
Life can bring many challenges that affect our health, the health of our loved ones, our lifestyles, our jobs, and these challenges can impact our mental health in ways that are difficult to deal with. Mindfulness training provides ways to adapt to adversity, improves emotional awareness, and an increased ability to build resilience.
Mindfulness for Resilience focuses on activities that support building emotional and mental awareness, strength and resilience. Participants will experience a series of practices that include guided meditations, exercises to reflect on the experiences of feeling strong emotions and triggers, practical ways to improve how emotions are managed, and build resilience so they can deal better with adversity.
Being in Nature
Modern life, commuting routines, screen time and social media contribute to a growing disconnection from the natural world. Being in touch with nature and its presenceโsounds, textures, light, fresh airโhelp us reconnect with our own bodies, feel grounded, and slow down our nervous system.
The Being in Nature Workshop can be conducted in person or online, and it brings the richness and freshness of nature into meditation, helping participants feel grounded and providing a natural transformation to their day. During the session, we will engage in a series of practices that include nature soundscapes, visualisations and nature immersion activities. Participants will leave with a sense of freshness, lightness and an increased connection to nature.
