My Path
My Mindfulness Path
I have spent the past decade understanding people through roles in fashion and design research.
In 2019, during a brief work experience in New York, I started developing a personal meditation practice. I found a local group that meditated weekly in the Plum Village style, a tradition created by Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh, and it changed my life. The simplicity with which ancient practices were approached led me to adopt this practice for life.
After some years of practice alone and in groups in New York, London, Lisbon, Barcelona, and joining mindfulness retreats, I began facilitating sessions in a small community of practitioners in Barcelona.
This made me want to deepen my knowledge, experience and skills and, in 2025, I joined the Mindfulness Now Teachers Training intensive course at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation in London. This wonderfully enriching experience gave me more tools and skills to keep practicing and, most importantly, to be able to share the practice with others.
By the end of 2025, I have started supporting individuals with mindfulness programmes and sessions, following the Mindfulness Now programme, online and in Greece, where I live.
Your Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
What's your approach to Mindfulness teaching?
Teaching in a trauma-informed approach, I conduct my work with compassion, empathy and warmth. I like to listen deeply to the specific needs, potential health conditions or concerns, and goals of the people I work with in order to find the most appropriate teaching format and tools.
Do I need any experience to learn about Mindfulness?
Not at all! You just need curiosity and willingness to learn about practices rooted in the experience of the present moment.
Is Mindfulness compatible with different faiths?
Mindfulness meditation originates from ancient practices that have roots in a few religious traditions, such as Buddhism. Even though some of the practices I facilitate contain elements from these traditions, I approach mindfulness from a secular perspective. This makes teachings more open, inclusive, accessible, and based on scientific evidence of the benefits of mindfulness for health. All participants are free to integrate elements from their faith or spirituality in their mindfulness practice.
Is Mindfulness compatible with different therapeutic practices?
Yes. After learning about your needs, any potential health issues and concurrent therapies, we will ensure that what we will practice is the right approach for you. All practices can be adapted to your unique needs.
How do I know what's the right approach for me?
We will start by having an informal call for me to understand your needs, any health conditions, prior experience with mindfulness, and your interest in mindfulness support. Based on that, we will find the best approach for you, which can be a full Mindfulness programme, or some sessions to address a particular need or goal.
Are sessions remote or in person?
I live in Greece but often travel to Portugal. Sessions in these countries can be discussed depending on the location. For the rest of the world, sessions will be mostly facilitated remotely, however, in person sessions can be assessed.
