Well-being at Work
Most of the hours of our day are spent working and engaging with colleagues, managers, clients. High pressure or stressful work, the relationships we build with co-workers, how we communicate with each other, and the problems or conflicts we may face daily at work or at home are all factors that impact our daily life and our wellbeing.
Well-being at Work explores mindfulness practices and guided meditations that help to cultivate present moment awareness, develop mindful communication and provide tools to deal with difficult emotions and moments. Participants will leave the session with a sense of renewed energy, and with practical resources and tools to better manage their well-being at work.

Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety
Stress and anxiety created by our busy lifestyles and a world overloaded with stimuli and information can have a lasting impact on our bodies. This can affect our mental and physical health, and even contribute to the development of certain illnesses and conditions. A growing number of studies show that mindfulness practices and present moment awareness have a positive impact on stress and anxiety and can improve our response to it.
This workshop focuses on understanding the impact that stress and anxiety can have on the mind and the body, and how mindfulness practices can help us dealing with it. During the workshop, we will touch upon evidence-based practices that contribute to the reduction of these symptoms, help soothe and regulate the nervous system, and learn different ways of coping. This workshop will give participants a set of tools that they can use to practice afterwards.

Mindfulness for Resilience and Focus
The digital world and, in particular, social media, have contributed significantly to experiences of digital overwhelm and a growing fragmentation of our attention, making it difficult to concentrate for a long period of time. Mindfulness training promotes positive ways to adapt to adversity, improves emotional awareness and response, and an increased ability to regulate focus.
Mindfulness for Resilience and Focus focuses on activities that support building emotional and mental strength, resilience and concentration. Participants will experience a series of practices that include guided meditations, exercises to reflect on the experiences of feeling strong emotions and triggers, and practical ways to improve the ability to focus and build resilience to better deal with adversity.

Being in Nature
Modern life, commuting routines, screen time and social media contribute to a growing disconnection from the natural world. Being in touch with nature and its presence—sounds, textures, light, fresh air—help us reconnect with our own bodies, feel grounded, and slow down our nervous system.
The Being in Nature Workshop can be conducted in person or online, and it brings the richness and freshness of nature into meditation, helping participants feel grounded and providing a natural transformation to their day. During the session, we will engage in a series of practices that include nature soundscapes, visualisations and nature immersion activities. Participants will leave with a sense of freshness, lightness and an increased connection to nature.
