Mindfulness Now Programme
Mindfulness Now is a set of programmes that blends key elements from two leading evidence-based approaches: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
The Mindfulness Now programmes are designed to introduce and cultivate mindfulness-based practices to individuals, groups and children.
These programmes can be adapted to the needs of individual participants and can also be integrated with other therapeutic approaches.

Individual Support
Taking from a breadth of different practices ranging from meditations, movement activities, mindful walking, mindful eating, and other mindfulness practices, individual sessions are created to address specific needs, conditions and purposes.
Together, we will evaluate the most suitable approach and activities to better support your needs.

Guided Meditations
Guided meditations about different themes, such as, compassion, letting go, gratitude, breath awareness, body scans, loving-kindness, visualisations and soundscapes, among many others can be completely bespoke, adapted to particular needs and focused on addressing several disorders and conditions.
Meditations can be guided online or in person, and participants will be able to keep the recordings to practice at home.
